PRODUCTION PROCESS

Following client approval of the prototype, our production staff works closely with our production partners, from start to finish, assuring top-quality workmanship throughout the entire process.  First-off production units are always meticulously inspected for quality assurance.  Once mass production begins, the project manager will monitor the entire process through final packing and delivery to the field.

GLOBAL SOURCING

Marvolus has managed off-shore production programs for over 20 years.  We work closely with 3 factories in China to provide the most cost-effective programs to our clients.  Although offshore production is usually associated with longer lead-times, it’s a great choice for high volume or labor-intensive assembly operations.
