The Marvolus estimating department works closely with clients, vendors, designers and engineers to ensure cost effective designs.  Project costs are monitored at each level of the program to satisfy the client’s budget.  The client is provided with accurate and timely information regarding changes, updates and alternatives to each piece of the program.  Estimating takes into account cost-cutting methodologies, such as value engineering, and passes that savings on to the client.
