After refinement and approval of the final concept, Marvolus proceeds quickly and efficiently through the detailed engineering phase, which ensures that the required structural integrity, performance criteria, and budgetary guidelines will be met.

Our engineering team works closely with the design team to ensure a smooth transition from concept through prototyping and production.  The engineers are very experienced in developing POP displays and fixtures of all types, from permanent to temporary, and take advantage of virtually every available material and manufacturing process.
 
It is during the engineering phase that Marvolus value-engineers the final concept and identifies the most efficient manufacturing and production process.  Value engineering keeps design integrity intact but allows us to consider material substitutions and manufacturing program recommendations to reduce waste and cut costs.

The engineering phase is required in order to furnish a final quote for production, and lets Marvolus move the 2-dimensional concept to the 3-dimensional model created during the next phase, Prototyping.
